Bedfordshire County Council's £100m plus highway maintenance deal up for grabs

Bedfordshire County Council's £100m plus highway maintenance term contract is up for renewal.

The contract is due to kick off at the beginning of October 2005 and finishes at the end of March 2011. The estimated annual value of the contract is £21m.

The council is looking to let a combined professional services and highway maintenance contract covering design, management, construction and maintenance activities.

The incumbent contractor is Raynesway Construction Southern.
