Building sites are bad for kids
Affordable housing provider Lovell has produced an animated cartoon
film designed to drive home the message to young children that
building sites are not a safe place to play.
Aimed at youngsters aged between three and seven, the film
highlights the dangers that two cartoon characters Lenny and Laura
face when they stray on to a building site.
The Misadventures of Lenny and Laura is now being used in safety
talks at nursery and primary schools across the UK.
In the past five years, 466 children have been injured and six
killed in construction site accidents in Britain.
