EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST to Pre - Qualify to Tender and Negotiate for Norwich Area Schools PFI Project
Norfolk County Council is inviting expressions of interest to design, build, finance and operate a schools PFI project, containing up to five new build primary schools and one extended and refurbished/remodelled high school. All schools are within a 6-mile radius of Norwich City Centre.
Initial assessment will be made by evaluation of responses to a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) which will be sent to parties expressing an interest by 2nd August 2004 12.00 noon.
Completed PQQs must be submitted by 6th August 2004 12.00 noon.
