Bluestone has won a £7.5m regeneration project to transform a former Shropshire auction yard into a mixed-use scheme.
The Craven Arms scheme includes the creation of a new public square and open-air market, offices and retail and residential units.
Funding for the scheme comes from Advantage West Midlands, the Government Office for the West Midlands, South Shropshire District Council and the Housing Corporation. Work begins this month with completion due in July 2005.
