Mawsley's new Bomag roller is easy on the ear

Road repairs in heavily populated areas with large traffic flows are being made easier by a super-silenced roller from Mawsley Machinery.
Previously, noise emissions from the Bomag BW900-2 were mostly generated by the drums and the engine. But by coating the drums in hard rubber and installing a silencing package around the Honda engine, noise emission has been minimised.
FM Conway is using the new roller for patching work in central London in the evenings, which means disruption to traffic flow is kept to a minimum.
