FMB income tops £4m mark
The Federation of Master Builders (FMB) saw its total income rise by 12% last year to £4.1m. Its pre-tax trading surplus increased by more than two-thirds to £233,801.
Commenting on the figures, the outgoing FMB chairman David Croft said the federation was "going from strength to strength".
The FMB's latest annual report for 2003/04 reveals that subscription income last year was up by 9%. The total number of member firms is put at approximately 13,000. The average staff level was 61. And the director general's pay package was worth £107,654, including £11,760 pension contributions.
