Are seeking long term developer partners with
speculative housebuilding experience to assist in
the delivery of affordable housing provision
throughout Yorkshire. The Synergy Partnership
comprises a number of Registered Social Landlords
who have come together with a view to aligning
programmes, procedures and products with a circa
£25m per year investment plan.
This Expression of Interest represents the first
stage of the selction process and e-based
responses are invited from interested parties.
