TradePro recovers debt

PKD Property Maintenance has successfully engaged TradePro to chase
its outstanding payments stemming from a factory project.
Stafford-based PKD was owed more than £4,000 and it was made clear by the client that this was unlikely to be paid.
PKD owner Paul Delap had signed up for the TradePro card earlier this year and made use of the firm's debt recovery service. TradePro contacted the client and within eight weeks Delap was offered a 75% settlement, which he accepted.
The process of recovering the unpaid funds cost him just £62.
Delap said: "It was so straight- forward: all TradePro needed was the invoices and paperwork surrounding the project and it did the rest... our action meant we got paid quickly and with little fuss."
