Skanska break-in: thieves caught on CCTV
Police have released CCTV footage of two men after thieves broke into a Skanska site in Cambridgeshire and made off with around £25,000-worth of equipment.
Burglars broke into the Whittlesey waste water treatment plant between March and June and stole building equipment, tools and diesel.
Detective Constable Emily Clarke said the two men were probably onsite for some time and may have used vehicles to move the equipment.
A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said detectives want to talk to anyone who has been offered cheap diesel or equipment. "We're keeping an open mind about it and asking anyone with information to come forward."
