Clugston wins highways alliance role

Clugston Construction has been awarded a contract to become a highway alliance partner with North Lincolnshire Council.

Initially for a five-year period but with options to extend, the alliance will assist the council's in-house teams in the delivery of the its highways and transportation programme for which the current annual capital budget is approximately £5.7m.

Early works to be implemented by Clugston Construction include the A18 Mortal Ash Hill into Scunthorpe, improvements between West Halton to Mere Crossroads on the A1077 and the Crosby Home Zone Project.

Pell Frischmann, who will provide consultancy and design services to Clugston Construction, is also undertaking road safety, traffic signal and highway structures studies.
