JCB aims new excavator at waste management

At last week's Recycling and Waste Management show, JCB launched a wheeled excavator specifically designed for the waste management sector.
The JS200W materials handler comes with a straight boom and materials handling rig and can be specified with a straight dipper or gooseneck type for scrap yard applications.
Designed in conjunction with waste industry customers, the JS200W can also be specified with a fixed raised cab for improved visibility and a five-tine grab.
Also on show was a 3.5t capacity Teletruk - the TLT35. This unit has the capacity to place a 2.1t load at a distance of 2m from the front of the machine, allowing it to fully load/unload a trailer with pallets from one side.
