Six prepare for take-off on RAF technical projects

Six firms are in formation for a deal involving the technical inspection of buildings and facilities at seven RAF bases in England and Scotland.
The line-up is Amec, DGP International, Faber Maunsell, Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick, Sovereign Consultancy and White Young Green.
The contract will initially run for three years, with the option to extend by a further two years.
The bases under the microscope are Brize Norton, Coningsby, Leeming, Leuchars, Marham, Odiham and High Wycombe.
