HA announces new non-execs

The Highways Agency has today (Monday) announced the names of its two new non-executive directors.

John Doran, an expert in freight and logistics, joins the agency having worked with Sony Europe, Reckitt and Colman and Pepsico Restaurants.

Alex Jablonowski, who has a strong governance and risk management experience, had peviously spent 30 years at Barclays.

Doran and Jablonowski join Gordon Bateman as Highways Agency non-executive directors.

Philippa Foster Back has resigned from her position as non-executive Board director and member of the Audit Committee.
