Miller Group moves HQ to Edinburgh

The Miller Group has moved its HQ from South Groathill Avenue at Craigleith Retail Park to the award-winning Edinburgh Park in Edinburgh.

The UK’s largest privately owned housebuilding, property development and construction business, has purchased and will occupy premier office space, over three floors, at Lochside View.

Keith Miller, chief executive, said: "We have outgrown our current premises and are moving to a first class building from which we will continue to expand the business. 

"Relocating to Edinburgh Park will offer our staff a quality environment in which to work and it is ideally placed for transport links allowing easier access to our Scottish and UK operations."

Edinburgh Park, home to 16 of the country's top performing companies, is situated 15 minutes from the centre of Scotland's capital and provides excellent infrastructure through public transport facilities, access to roads and the airport.

The Miller Group will begin operating from its new HQ early in 2005.
