New Coach Arrival Facility at
Little Roodee Car Park, Chester
The scheme comprises demolition of existing public
conveniences and construction of foundations, external and
internal masonry walls, glazed curtain walling and doors,
curved roof structure and sedum living roof finish (green
roof), internal finishings, mechanical and electrical
installations, drainage work and external paving. Gross Floor
Area approx. 215sq. m.
Approx. value of work £250,000.
