Stanley Leisure has outlined plans for a £125m casino and leisure complex in Leeds.
The UK's biggest casino operator wants the project to be buillt on land next to the Leeds United FC's stadium if it can gain planning permission.
It has already bought out Leeds United Retail - and with it the option to acquire the seven-acre site - for £5m.
Although Stanley will have to wait for UK's gambling law reforms to get the final go ahead, talks with possible partners in the scheme have already begun.
The complex, which would involve a 492,000m3 casino, a hotel, bars, restaurants, leisure facilities and designer shops, could be completed by 2007.
