Thomas Vale plans to open a £1m training centre early next year to expand its Forum Training business.
A spokesman said the company has outgrown its old facility based nearby in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcester.
The firm is currently constructing the new centre, which will have space for between 40 and 50 people a day.
Thomas Vale said it aims to provide a consistent skills level across project teams, with training for its group of companies and all 35 of its supply chain partners.
The Centre of Excellence will provide NVQ, OSAT and CSCS qualifications as well as specific training courses for project teams and clients.
