Dean & Bowes win £4.3m fit-out contract

Dean & Bowes has secured a £4.3m contract in south west London for national leisure operator, Virgin Active.

The new build Merton health and fitness club, due to be complated in May 2005, will feature a 25m swimming pool, spa, sunarium, steam room and sauna, gym and dance studios.

Dean & Bowes will also fit out a range of treatment rooms and a children's crèche area.

The project brings the total value of work carried out by Dean & Bowes for Virgin Active over the last two years to over £20m.
