Syrinx system now prints digital images

The latest release of the Syrinx hire management program from Hire Concept Software can incorporate digital images into the faxes and letters it produces. This can be used to incorporate images of damaged plant in customer correspondence when notifying them of machine damage sustained during the hire period.
Once the digital images are loaded on to the PC, the Windows-based system prints the photographs on the damage notification document, alongside the description. This allows customers to see what they are being charged for in advance of receiving an invoice, which should result in fewer customer queries or disputes.
Once the customer has responded to the damage note, the system converts this into an invoice.
