Standing List of Contractors - Buckinghamshire County Council

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL, TRANSPORTATION
APPLICATION FOR INCLUSION IN THE STANDING LISTS OF CONTRACTORS
2005-2009
Buckinghamshire County Council Transportation is
carrying out its four yearly review of the
Standing List of Contractors in September 2005.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified
and experienced contractors who wish to be
considered for inclusion on the Lists for the
following categories of work.
List A, Roadworks up to £100,000
List B, Roadworks £100,000 - £500,000
List C, Roadworks £500,000 - EEC threshold
List D, Bridgeworks up to £100,000
List E, Bridgeworks £100,000 - £500,000
List F, Bridgeworks £500,000 to EEC Threshold
List G, Safety Fencing
List H, Boundary Fencing
List I, Supply and Installation of Street Lighting
List J, High Skid Resistance Surface Treatment
List K, Surface Dressing
List L, General Forestry & Arboriculture
List M, Arboriculture - Emergency Works
List N, Soft Landscape - up to £40,000
List O, Soft Landscape - over £40,000
Applicants will be assessed on the basis of the
details they provide in their application forms
and from references, and will need to demonstrate
their ability to carry out the work for which
they wish to be considered, a stable financial
status, an adequate Health and Safety Policy, a
record of good quality performance, and adequate
insurance cover at all times.
Any questions which are unanswered will be taken
to be a negative response.  Further information
will not be requested, and as such, it may lead
to the company not being included on the Standing
Tender List.
Completed application forms should be returned no
later than noon on 20th December 2004 in an
envelope, endorsed "Standing Tender Lists" to:
