Gleeson wins £7.9m deal to build hospital accommodation

Gleeson has won a £7.9m contract from Frontis Homes to build a number of apartments in The Wirral.

The project at Arrowe Park Hospital will involve the construction of 240 two and four-bedroomed apartments, plus disabled apartments for key worker accommodation with car parking.

The work, which comprises two phases, starts at the end of this month. The first phase is due to be completed in October 2005 and the second by February 2006.
