Ashford Construction has been awarded a £4.5m contract to design and build two industrial and distribution units in the Midlands.
Wrenbridge, a Cambridge and London developer, in joint venture with Gleeson Properties has commenced a speculative development of the two units, totalling almost 450,000m².
Jamie Hockaday, director at Wrenbridge, said “There is a severe shortage of buildings available in the south Birmingham area. We are confident demand will be strong particularly given that Ravensbank is an established and proven location within a few miles of Junction 3 of the M42 motorway.”
