Norwest awarded £58m mixed use development contract


Norwest Holst Construction has won a £58m contract to construct a 48,000m3 mixed-use development over two phases in Middlesex.

Forming Phase One of the £140m Blenheim Centre in Hounslow, the two-year contract includes basement parking for over 400 cars, 334 apartments on eight floors above a supermarket; a health and fitness centre, a medical centre and a number of retail units.  A separate block of 150 affordable housing apartments is also included in Phase One.

Phase Two will include further basement car parking facilities, a cinema, bingo hall, retail units, apartments and office space.

The developer is Blenheim Investment 1 LP,  a joint venture  between US-based Apollo International Real Estate and Blenheim Norwest.
