Two bag £340m Westminster job
Two consortia have won five-year infrastructure term contracts
worth up to £340.5m in total with the City of
Westminster.
Westminster Transerv, a joint venture of Balfour Beatty and Mouchel
Parkman, has
won the term contract for
highways maintenance and streetlighting. The contract is worth
£13.5m per year.
Westone, a consortium comprising J Murphy and Sons,
FM Conway and WSP Civils, secured the contract for bridges,
structures and transportation projects. This is worth £9.2m
per year.
The contracts run for a minimum of five years, extendable
up to 15 years, subject to
performance.
