Spillard offers free visibility surveys

Spillard Safety Systems is offering free site visibility surveys of mobile plant and has introduced a colour version of its Optronics rear view camera.

The visibility survey is based on the 1m x 1m rule shows if each machine meets current HSE guidelines on visibility (regulation 28e of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment regulations) and if not suggests solutions to overcome the problem. A full machine visibility assessment can be done, although cost in incured, to map driver visibility at 1m high and will include details on how each blind spot can be minimised or overcome.
