Regional contractor Dean and Dyball Construction has picked up two new contract awards from Pegasus Retirement Homes with a combined value approaching £10m.
A £3.1m contract has been awarded to Dean and Dyball’s Southern Region for a development at Egham, Berkshire.
The second contract, worth £6.2m, will be carried out by the company’s Eastern Region. The design and construct contract is for 40 sheltered housing units at Croydon, Surrey. Work will get underway 11 April 2005.
