An Amec health and safety advisor who died after an accident at a building site in Manchester, has been named.
Christopher Fallon-Turner, from Culcheth in Warrington died after the accident at the site on Quay Street in Manchester city centre last Monday.
The 39-year-old died when a pallet load of concrete blocks fell 15 floors onto him.
Amec is building the £55m Left Bank residential development as part of the£650m Spinnigfields regeneration in Deansgate.
A man also died on the site at the end of April 2004 after falling from scaffolding. Christopher Heaton, 26 from St Helens, was working on a development of 400 apartments.
