Mansell wins £10m Waterside contract

Mansell Partnership Housing has secured a £10m contract from Waterloo Housing Association to develop a modern apartment block in Birmingham.

To be known as the Waterside, the development overlooking the Stratford-on-Avon canal will feature 125 modern apartments.

Under the contract, Mansell will be responsible for overseeing the demolition of a 1960s built block of flats, which currently lies derelict on the site. 

Mansell will begin work in this spring, with completion due two years later.
