Crispinteriors wins contract to regenerate Elephant & Castle

Crispinteriors, the interiors division of Crispin & Borst, has been awarded a £3.3m contract as part of the Elephant Links Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) Programme at the Elephant & Castle.  

This flagship project is the largest of the Elephant Links SRB programme and includes minor demolition, alterations, refurbishment and fit-out of a late 19th century derelict building situated in a conservation area.  

Upon completion the building will provide a 1540m2 multi-purpose arts and media facility for use by small media businesses, training organisations and the local community.

Elephant Links is in the final year of a seven-year economic development and social programme which is preparing the way for the Southwark Council-led £1.5bn physical redevelopment of the Elephant & Castle over the next 10 years.
