Mansell Partnership Housing, the social housing arm of Balfour Beatty subsidiary Mansell, has secured four new contracts from Southern Housing Group to deliver upgrades to housing estates in Hackney.
The largest of the wins is a £3.6m contract for work at Stamford Hill Estate, requiring Mansell to deliver new play areas, external lighting, plus hard and soft landscaping and upgrade work to site drainage.
At Hindle House Estate, Mansell will be delivering a £2.2m programme of works, again to upgrade play areas, complete hard and soft landscaping, and undertake external refurbishment works.
The remaining estates being attended to are Kennaway and Keates Estates, where works of a similar nature, totalling over £1m, will be carried out.
Mansell has already completed over £20m of work for Southern Housing Group on these estates in the last three years.
