Norwest Holst wins £14.5m deal to build industrial unit

Norwest Holst a £14.5m contract to build a new high bay industrial unit to provide warehouse facilities in South Wirral.

The contract awarded by Rosemound Developments incorporates a three-storey office accommodation at Ellesmere Port.

The rest of the project team is: Fletcher Bennett Architects; consulting Engineer, The Sprigg Little Partnership, and employers agent, GVA Grimley.

Work is expected to start in June and will take 29-weeks.
