Mowlem to develop Skypark complex in £14m deal

Mowlem has won approximately £14m-worth of work to redevelop a three-storey office building within Scotland’s Skypark complex.

The company won the work from Allied London to redevelop the SP4 and SP6 buildings for O2’s Scottish base.

The redevelopment will create 11,000 m2 of office space. Mowlem said the building will have the cladding and high specification finish of the existing Skypark tower.

Mowlem has already started on the first phase of the project, which it will complete in November, and will finish the whole project by June 2006.
