Galliford Try has secured a £12.5m project to design and build a five-storey residential building for Concept Development Solutions in Birmingham.
Construction works will comprise the design and build of 126 apartments, 332m2 of commercial space and a basement car park in Digbeth.
The development will provide mixed tenure and mixed use accommodation including pent-house suites on the fifth floor.
The building will be predominantly constructed using reinforced concrete frame with the fifth floor being built using structural steel frame.
Stonework from the former building which occupied the site has been saved, cleaned and will feature within the new developments façade.
The project will start on site later this month with completion anticipated for summer 2007.
