Ryhurst LIFT Investment has beaten two rival bidders to a £47m scheme in Kent.
The company beat Mount Anvil/Mowlem and Capita/William Pears to a partnership with the Medway LIFT company to act as private sector partner.
Ryhurst sister firm Rydon Construction will start work later this month on the first part of the contract – a combined £15m scheme to build three new facilities in Chatham, Rainham and Rochester.
Maintenance on the sites will be provided by Rydon Property Maintenance.
Ryhurst LIFT last year signed a contract to act as private sector partner on the £59m Redbridge and Waltham Forest LIFT.
