The construction industry has claimed three more lives - taking the total since 1 April to 11.
There were two fatalities on 2 June. A 52-year-old man was installing a gas fire in a domestic property at Setty Place, in Cwmran, Wales, when the he fell from a roof as he fitted a flue in a chimney.
And a 44-year-old man died after falling through a fragile rooflight at the back of his house in Southall, Middlesex. He was trying to get a quote from a roofer at the time and showing him what work he wanted done.
On 29 April, a teenager who was left unsupervised died on a site in Portsmouth. The 17-year-old was left with a set of keys to a fork lift truck which overturned on a sharp corner and crushed him.
The Health & Safety Executive has launched investigations into all three incidents.
