Construction of children's play area - West Dorset District Council

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE DESIGN &
CONSTRUCTION OF A CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA, MUGA AND
SKATE PARK
We would like to invite experienced contractors
to submit expressions of interest for the design
(in conjunction with the local community), public
consultation, obtaining planning permission and
the construction of a children's play area,
multiple use games area and skate park at
Charlton Down, near Dorchester. Budget £100,000.
Interested parties should submit details of:
1. Your track record in undertaking such
projects, in particular involving local
communities in the process. Provide three
references of recent similar projects, including
contact telephone and email address.

2. Company details; scope of contracts
undertaken; copies of your H&S, QA and personnel
policies and details of any accreditations;
copies of last three years accounts; details of
which aspects of the project you will undertake
directly and those you will sub-contract and to
who.
3. Completion of our Equal Opportunities

The tender evaluation will be based on both
quality and price. It is hoped to issue tender
documents early July for return by early August.
