Future Inns gets the Midas touch
Midas has checked in with a second deal for Canadian hotel group
Future Inns.
The latest scheme, worth £10m, is for a five-floor 143-bed
hotel and conference centre at Plymouth. The hotel, designed by
Bristol-based architect Atkins Walters and Webster, will be built
on the South West Regional Development Agency's Medical and
Technology Park site and will include a gym and restaurant.
The contract follows Midas' completion last year of a £12.3m
hotel for Future Inns at Cardiff Bay.
The Canadian group plans to have six hotels across the south, South
West and Wales by 2007.
