Three share Mersey homes job
A consortium of Keepmoat, Gleeson and Lowry Homes has been appointed preferred partner on a multi-million pound housing development in North Huyton, Merseyside.
The group is currently working on attracting more than £150m of funding to complement the £55.8m already secured by clients Knowsley Housing Trust, North Huyton New Deal New Future and Knowsley Council.
The majority of the new homes will be put up for sale, with some set aside for rent and low-cost ownership options.
Six hundred homes have already been cleared and an additional £46m is being spent by the housing trust on its retained housing stock and other improvements.
