R McAlpine bags £97m Parabola work

Sir Robert McAlpine has cemented its long-term relationship with Parabola Estates by becoming the developer's first-choice contractor for a £97m office deal in London.
The firm has scooped the shell and core, plus the category A fit-out deal at the Kings Cross scheme.
The Guardian Newspaper Group will occupy half of the building, which will be ready for occupation early in 2008.
