VP Groundforce in Sokkia swoop

VP's Groundforce subsidiary has added the business and assets of surveying instruments supplier Sokkia to its portfolio.
It already owns Survey Technology, which specialises in the rental market for survey instruments. Its new acquisition will trade as Sokkia UK.
Both companies will operate separately with Sokkia becoming exclusive distributor of Sokkia and Triax products to the trade.
