Wernick buys CDC Instant Space

Wernick Group has acquired CDC Instant Space for an undisclosed sum. CDC supplies relocatable accommodation in Cornwall and Devon.

CDC will now become a divisional sales office for Wernick. The company will continue to be headed by CDC founding director Mike Norris.

He said: "This local office will bring Wernick to the heart of the West Country and is enhanced by our collective expertise in the project managing, designing and constructing of modular buildings that perform as well as traditionally constructed buildings in both appearance and sustainability."
