CONVERSION TO APARTMENTS
Applications are invited from qualified and
experienced Building Contractors who wish to be
considered for inclusion on a Select List of
Tenders for the following:-
Work to Extend, Remodel and Refurbish an existing Five-storey Building in
Barkston Gardens, Earls Court, London
By means of internal alterations, rear extensions
at Lower Ground Floor and Third Floor levels, and
the conversion of the roof space, five high
quality apartments will be created. The work will
include the installation of a passenger lift and
comfort cooling to main reception rooms.
Pre-tender estimate £750,000. It is envisaged
the works will commence during the second half of
2005. Applicants must provide a statement with
details of previous experience/projects of a
similar type. The statement must detail the
applicant's Health and Safety Employment Policy.
A financial statement will be required before
inclusion on the Select List.

noon, four weeks from the date of advertisement.
