Management care contract - North Yorkshire County Council

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
BUILDING DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT CARE CONTRACT
Applications are invited from suitable, qualified and experienced
contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion on the tender list
for the following project:
SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF STANDBY GENERATORS,
(REF: CCO/CCM/EGO5/ETA)
Contractors wishing to be considered for inclusion on the tender list
for this project must be able to demonstrate competency and
compliance with current legislation and must be able to provide
evidence of the regular maintenance and repair of standby generator
systems.
This contract will run for three years with an Employers option to
extend by two additional years.
The Council will select those to be invited to tender on the basis of
their experience, capabilities and financial standing following the
submission of a pre qualification questionnaire. Membership of the
Institute of Diesel and
Gas Turbine Engineers would be recommended and also membership of
Constructionline and compliance with CHAS, the Contractors Health and
Safety Assessment Scheme, would be extremely desirable.
Contractors wishing to be considered as a prospective tenderer must
complete, and submit by 1st August, the pre qualification
questionnaire which is available to download from the Council Tenders
website,
www.counciltenders.net. The documents are available in the Advertised
Tenders Listing under the reference of CCO/CCM/EGO5/ETA.
Alternatively an email or written expression of interest should be
sent to the address below. Contractors should submit only an
expression of interest, which must include the contract title
complete with reference number and
where the advertisement was seen, complete with contact name, current email
