Allenbuild wins £5m retail park development contract

Allenbuild, one of the building arms of Montpellier Group, has secured Phase II of the Three Lakes Retail Park development in Selby for Dransfield Properties.

The £5m development will start in late July. The retail park car parking facilities will also be upgraded as part of the development. 

The Three Lakes Retail Park will remain fully open and trade as normal whilst the construction works are taking place. 

Significant logistics planning will be implemented by Allenbuild to ensure a safe working and shopping environment at all times until the project is completed in spring 2006.
