Doncaster highway maintenance

DONCASTER METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIST HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE WORKS (DMBC05181)

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a specialist highway maintenance contract at various sites throughout the Borough area.

Three types of work will be included in a single contract, the
currently estimated quantities are:
1 - Carriageway Micro-asphalt 20,500 sq. m.
2 - Carriageway Re-tread 7,600 sq. m.
3 - Footway Slurry Seal 150,000 sq. m.

A response to this advert does not guarantee an invitation to tender, and the Council does not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender received. The successful tenderer will be required to undertake all work types, to be completed before 31st March 2006.
