Centre Parcs submits application for 130ha site

The planning application for Centre Parcs' £160m Forest village in Warren Wood, near Ampthill in Bedfordshire, has been submitted.

The scheme will comprise accommodation, a range of indoor and outdoor sports and leisure facilities, a variety of restaurants, swimming complex and water features.

Monk Dunstone Associates is the project manager on the 130ha scheme.
