Clegg wins £24m Sheffield student scheme

Clegg Construction has won a £24m contract to develop a student accommodation scheme in Sheffield.

The scheme is based on the Kelham Island site in the heart of the city's regeneration area. The seven-storey building will have 750-plus bedrooms and is due for completion in July 2006.

The client is Unite Integrated Solutions.
