Artisan/Barratt jv wins Rochdale regen

A partnership of Artisan and Barratt has been chosen for the Oldham Rochdale housing market renewal pathfinder in east Central Rochdale.

Local people helped to choose the Artisan and Barratt consortium, which will develop a plan to build 80 environmentally friendly homes on a former mill site at Dale Mill. The homes will feature solar water heating, green roofs to support wildlife and a landscaped embankment fronting the River Roch.

There is no detail available on the construction value or timetable of the scheme.
