Wilson Bowden wins £200m Northwich regen

Wilson Bowden Developments is the preferred developer for the Northwich Baron's Quay scheme.

The development, for Vale Royal Borough Council, covers 12ha of the town. Wilson Bowden's concept includes 2,800m2 of town centre retailing, new residential units, a leisure hub, an hotel, offices, a major enhancement of the river frontage and a new arts and cultural centre. The potential end value investment is £200m-plus.
