1. Construction of Commercial Vehicle Repair Workshop at the Tregongeeves
Depot, St Austell, Cornwall.
2. An Extension to the Hydrotherapy Pool Changing Rooms at the Polkyth
Leisure Centre, St. Austell, Cornwall
Applications are invited from experienced Contractors to be invited to
tender for the above contracts which will be let separately.
Item 1. Commercial Vehicle Repair Workshop - will be let as a design and
build contract.
Item 2. Extension to the Hydrotherapy Pool changing Rooms - will be a
traditional contract with drawings and specification.
Contractors wishing to be invited to tender for either, or both, of these
contracts should apply by any of the following means, stating which
contract the application is for.

for Managing Health
